Growing up with an intense and distant marine father obsessed with hunting the demon who killed her mother, and put in charge of raising her sister* she has some baggage. A lot of baggage. But is also really good with a gun. A cocky flirt, she has a smart mouth and angsts when no one is looking.
*I am equally playing with genderbent or normal Sam (or Cas or John or Ruby or whomever) and love both!

The girl on fire. After her father's death, her mother went into a depressive state, and she had to keep her family from starvation, learning how to sneak out of the District to hunt. When her little sister was reaped to play the games, she volunteered to take her place, and was plunged into a revolution she didn't want to be a part of. She is an emotionally stunted young woman with PTSD, who can't even figure out her own head half the time, none the less anyone elses.

Living in Tokyo with his twin sister, he became close to a veterinarian, Seishirou, eventually falling in love with the man...who ended up actually being his clan's sworn enemy and a fighter on the other side of the end of the world (Pro-destruction. Not a nice guy, really.) Now Subaru is a quiet, broken man, caught up in a whole web of apocalyptic bullshit. His life sucks a lot.

Effie Trinket is the Escort for one of the poorer districts in the Hunger Games. Her life was spent in the Capitol, a hedonistic dystopian city, full of off the wall fashion and a bloodthirsty fandom wrapped around the Hunger Games. She is a very caring, if very morally mislead person, who looks at her work of being as escort as doing something good for the tributes. A fussy and very proper thing, she can also be surprisingly considerate and kind.

Dande is the daughter from the Hunger Games epilogue, however she can also be played as a stand alone OC.

She tries to please her grandfather, a native of D5 plucked to work in the Capitol long before her time due to his brilliance in nuclear physics, even if she has no idea quite what would please him. But she loves him dearly, and it inspired her to turn her artistic skills towards being a stylist for his home district. A friendly well meaning ditz, Utie had a habit of getting lost in her world. She is more of a follower, particularly because she is so often day dreaming and mentally not all present.

Elias was a ranger in 1680's, in the Massachusetts Bay Colony. He fell in love with the son of a Puritan leader, not knowing the man was actually the leader of a nasty magic cult. And that was how he ended up cursed as a scarecrow for a few centuries, until his love returned to the area reincarnated.
So he has had a weird life. And at some point lost an eye to a less than scared crow. He's a laid back guy, curious about the new world he's in (especially since Foteanaville is far from a normal town), and likes to tease his lover about, well, everything.
Games AU:Elias is a mentor for District 10, who's family was killed recently to keep him in line. With nothing left to lose, he has snuck back into the Capitol, working with the resistance underground.

He is a smart mouth, a terrible sense of humor (though he thinks it's great), with a bit of a inferiority complex due to some serious sibling baggage.

And oh yeah, the annoying nerd who is obsessed with Helion just figured out she was Helion. And these enemies don't seem to be what she was told they were. And she's just 100% done with this shit.
